VNOOIR ("the Agency", "we", "our") operates as a boutique influencer management lab and analytical intelligence provider. We respect the confidentiality of both brand partners and creators. This Privacy Policy governs our handling of personal information collected via our website (vnooir.com), partner onboarding portals, telemetry gateways, and operational communications.

02 // INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information strictly necessary to deliver talent procurement, rate valuation, and attribution intelligence:

  • Direct Inquiries: Contact details, corporate email addresses, representative names, company domains, and campaign budget parameters submitted through our onboarding or audition forms.
  • Creator Roster & Auditions: Public creator handles, professional bios, media kits, primary geographic markets, and performance samples submitted during talent representation applications.
  • Technical & Operational Logs: Anonymized browser identifiers, operating system metrics, and connection timestamps gathered automatically to maintain site performance and prevent unauthorized crawling.

03 // FIRST-PARTY TELEMETRY & PLATFORM INTEGRATIONS

Through our verified creator gateway (vnooir.com/connect), creators may authenticate read-only analytical access from platform partners (Google/YouTube, TikTok, and Meta/Instagram). Our ingestion and processing of platform user data is restricted to the following boundaries:

Google Telemetry Ingestion

Through the approved read-only scopes (youtube.readonly and yt-analytics.readonly), our platform ingests strictly: (a) channel identity and verified handle, (b) total subscriber volume, and (c) aggregate viewer telemetry including country-level distribution, age brackets, device classifications, and 60-second retention curves. We do not access viewer personal identities, direct contact details, private/unlisted videos, comments, or payment credentials.

Meta & TikTok Platform Scope

Subject to creator consent via official OAuth 2.0 gateways, we access public profile identifiers, video play totals, engagement ratios, and demographic summaries. We never access private direct messages (DMs), contact lists, or ad account billing instruments.

Limited Use & AI Prohibitions

VNOOIR's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. Ingested platform data is strictly excluded from training, developing, or fine-tuning non-personalized artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) models.

Strict Read-Only & Zero Credential Storage

Authentication handshakes execute solely inside native OAuth endpoints. VNOOIR never accesses or stores user passwords. We possess zero privileges to publish, edit descriptions, modify metadata, or delete assets.

We process telemetry and account metadata exclusively for operational agency and valuation purposes:

05 // DATA SHARING & THIRD PARTIES

VNOOIR does not sell, rent, license, or trade personal data or platform telemetry to data brokers, advertising networks, credit-scoring agencies, or external marketing aggregators. We do not transfer, disclose, or share Google, TikTok, or Meta user data with third parties for reasons other than providing or improving the core user-facing functionality of the VNOOIR creator management and analytics application.

Information is transferred strictly under the following controlled operational parameters:

  • Enterprise Brand Pitching (Aggregated Only): Macro performance metrics (such as aggregate Tier-1 country percentages and retention percentiles) presented to prospective commercial sponsors to validate sponsorship placement rates.
  • Encrypted Infrastructure Services: Trusted cloud database and hosting providers (Supabase, Vercel, Cloudflare) serving strictly as data processors under binding Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) utilizing AES-256 encryption at rest.
  • Enforceable Legal Compliance: Disclosures required exclusively to comply with binding judicial subpoenas, applicable international statutes, or enforceable regulatory warrants.

06 // STORAGE, ENCRYPTION & DATA RETENTION

All sensitive authentication tokens and telemetry snapshots are encrypted at rest using industry-standard cryptographic algorithms. We retain platform telemetry only for the active duration of the creator’s representation agreement or client attribution cycle. Inactive tokens and historic cached snapshots are purged upon service termination or creator disassociation.

07 // CREATOR CONTROL, REVOCATION & DELETION RIGHTS

Creators maintain complete control over their connected profiles, OAuth grants, and stored telemetry:

  • Instant Platform Revocation: Creators may revoke VNOOIR’s access authorization at any time either directly via one click on our gateway (vnooir.com/connect) or through native account security panels:
    → Google Security Permissions → TikTok Connected Apps → Meta / Instagram App Settings
  • Immediate Termination of Ingestion: Revocation triggers immediate token deletion from our secure database, terminating active background synchronization.
  • Right to Erasure (Data Deletion): To permanently purge all historical telemetry records, creator dossiers, and contact information, submit a formal deletion request to [email protected]. All associated records are destroyed from active databases and cloud backups within thirty (30) days.
  • Data Portability: Creators may request a full JSON export of all performance metrics and historical telemetry recorded in their dossier at any time.
